Adrian co-ordinates all elements of the process from sourcing and buying of the properties, to liaising with architects and planning consultants, to overseeing the build and construction itself.

Adrian is a Chartered Surveyor with over a decade’s experience in the property industry, having trained and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with The Instant Group. After a round-the-world trip he moved to Dorrington PLC in 2016, a £1.2billion private investment company, where his principle focus on a part-time basis is on the asset management of Walworth Investment Properties, a £200m former joint venture of residential properties with Grainger PLC.

Adrian focuses on the day-to-day running of the business, investment management, construction, procurement and building relationships with partners and suppliers. Adrian studied Geography at Durham University and completed his Masters in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University.
